1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with the operator of this online shop.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place products into your cart without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the order process.

The contract is formed when you accept the offer by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is English.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery Options

We deliver to the address provided during the order process.

Collection at our studio in Berlin is also possible during specified business hours. Details will be provided upon request.

We do not deliver to Packstations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

PayPal

To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be executed by PayPal once the goods have been dispatched. More information is available during checkout.

PayPal may offer registered customers additional payment methods based on its own criteria. We have no influence on these offers. Please refer to your PayPal account for details.

Payment Processing via PayPal Services

In cooperation with PayPal, we offer various payment methods as PayPal Services. Registration with PayPal is not always required. Depending on the method chosen, you may be redirected to PayPal and the relevant payment provider after placing your order.

Credit Card: Enter your credit card details during the order process. The transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation and verification by your card issuer. Giropay: After confirming on PayPal’s website, you will be redirected to Giropay (paydirekt GmbH). A bank account enabled for online banking is required. Direct Debit (SEPA): You authorize PayPal to collect the amount via direct debit. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of collection (Prenotification)

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery service and contact us without delay. Failure to make such a report will not affect your statutory rights or claims, but it will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

If additional guarantees apply, their conditions are stated with the product description or on separate information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability

We are always fully liable for claims resulting from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

in cases of injury to life, body, or health, in cases of intent or gross negligence, in case of guaranteed conditions, if agreed, if the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely, our liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
