Processing Time
Most of our pieces are made to order and usually require 7–10 business days for processing. If an item happens to be in stock, we’ll ship it out sooner.
Please keep in mind that each piece needs time to be carefully crafted before it is ready to ship.
You’ll see an estimated production time at checkout, which may be up to 14 business days, depending on the design’s complexity and our current schedule.
REFUND POLICY
Returns on Made-to-Order Jewelry
Returns are generally not accepted. In special cases, we may allow a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee for time, materials, and production costs.
If you receive the wrong or a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. Always contact us before returning anything—unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Returns showing wear, damage, or missing packaging will be declined and sent back without refund.
